William & Reed Academy takes a unique approach to college counseling by beginning the conversation as early as 9th grade. By looking towards their future in 9th grade, students have the time to discover, develop, devise and deliver a well-defined process. At William & Reed Academy each year of a student’s high school career serves a critical role in the admissions process. In terms of college admissions, the goal of William & Reed’s College Counseling Department is to place each student into a “best-fit” college.
